Alongside Gainsborough Silk Weavers, we offer sustainable jacquard woven fabric that can be used for a range of applications, including fashion and interiors.

Our sustainable plant-based colour process is unique in the industry. The ao textiles palette which is created from natural dyes; weld, madder, chestnut, and logwood.  These colours are applied to hank-dyed certified silk in Gainsborough’s dyehouse. Gainsborough Silk Weavers have an extensive archive and they demonstrate how any of their archive fabrics can be interpreted in these environmentally benign colours. The result is a stunning collection of fabrics that are not only sustainable but also unique.
