ao textiles is proud to announce our participation in Future Fabrics Expo 25, 24th and 25th of June 2025.

ao textiles, a forward-thinking research and design consultancy, is at the forefront of sustainable innovation within the textile industry. Focused on natural dyes, ao textiles is redefining what colour could be in the 21st century. As part of the FFEXPO 25 Innovation Hub, we exhibit how our latest research project investigates the potential of natural dyes derived from bio debris and agricultural waste from trees, presenting a regenerative alternative to synthetic colouring.

Working within the Somerset area, ao textiles is building a local circular system of production, sourcing dyestuff through collaborations with regenerative farms, historic gardens, and conservation woodlands. With an eye on industrial compatibility, ao textiles has partnered with British textile manufacturers, agricultural enterprises, and land stewards to align traditional practices with modern industry.
