Indigo at the Oscars
We were thrilled to be asked to be part of the Red Carpet Green Dress Challenge. This was an opportunity to use indigo to piece dye silk creating a vivid blue. The dress designed by Manon Gabard, was worn by the beautiful Gina Rodriguez (Jane The Virgin) to wear to the 2015 Oscars. The natural dye ensured that the colour did not impact on the environmentally conscious remit of the Challenge and gave us the opportunity to show the beauty of natural colour.
